The 8392SU, also known as the "mosquito" bur, is a needle-shaped single-use fine-grit diamond bur.

Komet's 8392SU can be used for quick, yet precise interproximal trimming and contouring. It is also available as a multi-use diamond bur, 8392.

Using the 8392SU gives you .5 mm of reduction when completing interproximal reduction (IPR).
