H274/H390 is a round-end flame shape Neumeyer carbide with 12 blades.

It can be used for the following procedures:

Composite trimming and finishing
Crown Lengthening
Root planning
Furcation

For an all-in-one periodontal procedure kit, we recomend the Periodontic Universal Kit (LD0473B)

This round-end flame shape instrument is also available in the following:
